WHAT IS A LAUNCH MONITOR?
A golf launch monitor is the most crucial part of any golf simulator. Launch monitors control whether the experience is representative of the real-world ball flight that the golfer would see when hitting balls outside.
Depending on the model, a launch monitor can be used as part of a golf simulator or as a standalone system to record golf performance data. The launch monitor is the piece of technology that measures the flight of the golf ball. Some launch monitors are also able measure the golf club-head, providing comprehensive performance technology to the golfer.
